acquiring 6.

in 6 years we have acquired
2 bachelor's degrees
one doctorate degree (t-minus 2 weeks!!! hurray!!!)
2 children
7 jobs
far too many student loans
two states of residence
two cars
20 boxes of teaching stuff
a garage & several closets full of more "stuff."
and a partridge and a pear tree.
i think we'll shoot for more.
or forever.
