inside out or outside in
he likes to load from big to small, outside in. i like to load inside out, no discrimination to size. we've agreed to disagree in the matter. and that's why our marriage works. HA!
The very best is when your kids are old enough to do the job! There were times I would go behind them and redo it the way I preferred it to be done. But, I got busted. It hurt both boys' feelings, and 6 year old promptly told me if I didn't like the way she did it, I could do it myself. After she was disciplined for her sass-mouth, I quickly overcame my desire to care how it was loaded. She had a point. :)

I like inside out, with the small ones on the inside and the large ones on the outside.
Isn't it funny how we all have a preference? (And Dave just throw it in any old way it'll fit!)

I like them done, no preference as to how but I prefer to be the one not doing it ;)
I am with Jess. If they are done, they are done.
I am pretty sure my husband isn't a fan about how I do them (he is on the OCD side of things) but he hasn't complained.

I'd be happy if my husband loaded the dishwasher-PERIOD!
