Nice to know how to do this! For some reason, there were fruit flies at the beach house this summer. It was gross, and I would like to have known how to get rid of them!
We also got invaded by fruit flies this summer! I didn't used saran wrap--I'll have to try that next time. We still have an occasional fruit fly that comes to visit. :)

I recently started using apple cider vinegar mixed with a little liquid dish soap. no wrap on top.
