How cute! I love the name Paco. It is a nickname in spanish for Francisco (I don't know if you knew that or not). We wanted to call our son Gordo (Fatty) but it was already takn by my nephew so we settled on calling him Chubs, Bubbas, or Chancho (little piggy in spanish, but it isn't mean like in English, it is a term of endearment). What can I say, my son is so super chubby, it is super cute, and nicknames are so fun with babies!

Patches
Pickles
Tree frog
Arvin

I have no idea where they come from. All I know is they pop into my head and seem to stick!
