in the form of cardboard

i keep saying that once they stop playing with this box i'll throw it out.
except they won't stop playing with this box.
it's great and annoying all at the same time.
b/c right when you walk in my front door you see this cut up old box.
it's become furniture really.
sean's taped it in two places where it's given out.
and cut a big door on one side.
little piece of kid heaven.
in the form of cardboard.

 ...
chirping fire alarm.
i cannot figure out how to change the battery.
directions say to take off that circle part with the wires.
and then slide the door off.
except i can't get the circle part off.
so we've been listening to the chirp since 7:12am.
please,
have mercy.
tell me you have the same one.
and know how to fix mine.

Sorry-no help with the fire alarm.
Lucas has a box that he made into a dog bed for his stuffed dog in his room. It has been there a really long time and I really want to throw it out as it is just another big thing that takes up room but yea he still uses it.
I think it will get lost in the move. :)

If they didn't save your life, I would seriously hate fire alarms. They always go off in the middle of the night. The one in the kids' room started chirping in the middle of the night and woke them up. Good luck! Wish I could help.
Cardboard boxes are the best thing ever.

I have no idea on the fire alarm, but it drives me NUTS when ours chirp.

LOVE the box. Aren't they the best toys ever?

Sorry about the fire alarm. That chirp is enough to drive a person crazy.

As for the box, my kids were box dwellers, too.
