the best bundt cake you'll ever have.
i don't like cake.
but when sean made this for me on mother's day i stood corrected.
I LOVE THIS CAKE.
we call it the lava bundt cake.
and it takes about 2 min. to make.
if you can read, you can bake this.
i give you,
the
triple chocolate lava bundt cake
ingredients:
1 pkg devil's food cake mix
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
1 3/4 c water
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
*mix together well, spray pam into bundt cake pan & cover with a thin layer of flour {so it will fall out easily when cooked}, pour into bundt cake pan.
*bake 350* for 55 min.
*flip upsidedown onto a plate.
drizzle:
2 tbls butter, melted
3 tbls cocoa
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tbls water {i used 2}
*after plating, pour drizzle onto cake in a circle until covered.
*i serve it hot with vanilla ice cream.

Yes, mouth is watering now. And hey, totally random here- but if you aren't able to meet up with all of us that first Saturday maybe there is another night we could meet up just for ice-cream late when everyone is in bed. I will have to look at the schedule so what night things are planned
