peanut butter stuffed reese's cookies {you read it right}

i'm just really glad i don't have a preanut allergy.
{how we do nap time}
......
i give you,
peanut butter 
stuffed 
reese's cookies
{it's been a good baking week in the gibson home.}
ingredients:
1/2 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c peanut butter 
{i like the creamy peanut butter}
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
24 reese's pb mini cups or mini eggs
{unwrap while cookies are baking}

directions:
cream the butter, sugars, pb, and egg together.
add dry ingredients until mixed well.
spray mini-muffin tins with pam.
roll and drop 1" balls into tins.
bake 375* for about 10 min.
push those reese's babies down into the center right when the cookies come out.
after 5-10 min of the reese's sitting in the center of their new home, 
use a knife to ease the cookies out of their little tins to finish cooling on a plate.
{if you take them out to early they will flatten out like a pancake.}

I love the chocolate mustaches kids get when they eat chocolate. It is adorable! And what a delicious way to do nap time. Can I come to your house next time? I promise to be quiet and eat lots of treats!
