also,

he grew two more teeth and nobody noticed until they were all of a sudden there.

for who knows how long.

i'd even been thinking to myself in the last week or two 

about how the other two had more teeth by now.

didn't they???

no time or worry to do anything more than think about it once or twice though.

just thought it was weird that he didn't have more teeth.

oh the irony.

the third kid means: 

missing their teeth coming in and forgetting to get them a birth certificate.
